In such circumstances, we (the Company) Thames Boat Cruises & Events Limited will not be liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
Due to the varying cruises, it is the customer's responsibility to ask us for the specific terms and conditions related to the specific cruise they are interested in, prior to making a booking.
Acting as a 3rd party Supplier/Agent, it may be the case that your payment is processed by an associate company. Necessary receipts and confirmations will be provided.
We, the Company are responsible for various websites and own other domain names which may point to associated websites.
Whilst we aim to run the London Boat Party every weekend throughout the year, due to various reasons but not limited to, such as insufficient demand, private hire, lack of boat availability, maintenance, a certain date may not actually operate. We the Company will always notify you in advance of such situations. On occasion the Company may place your booking on to another Operators cruise and again, will always bring to your attention if there is any differing content and offer you the opportunity to accept or decline and be refunded. Please note, such a situation seldom occurs.
